Searching for Pureness
Since our beginnings, Almivisi has been an agricultural company practicing a constant selection of the best land possible in order to produce the finest grapes in the Eastern region of Venice. We also wanted to own full control over the entire winemaking process: from the vineyard to the vinification techniques and to the delicate process of ageing in wood, we aimed at always guaranteeing a superb quality of flavors, as well as outstanding purity and authenticity of our products. Almivisi produces wines with an extremely low use of sulphites, practicing attentive day-to-day work in complete harmony with the nature of our environment.
“The “Tre Venezie” area is that strip of land lying between the Italian Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea: a territory of such singular biodiversity, where the world’s main grapes varieties are cultivated. This land is rich in oenological culture and agronomic tradition: both are clearly recognizable in the range of organoleptic qualities of Almivisi wines.

ALMIVISI was born from the ambition of four wine experts: an agricultural technician who passionately looks after the vineyard, an oenologist who loves to nurture his grapes and his wines, a sommelier who has an outstanding ability in pointing any consumer to his/her desired flavors, and an entrepreneur who developed a solid and clear company model for Almivisi. Together they dreamed first, then put into action, their vision of producing a dream wine for you.

Our world is increasingly hectic and high-performance driven: Almivisi made a choice to favor a scientific approach to winemaking, with a penchant for poetry. In fact, here at Almivisi we pay utmost respect to the rhythms of nature, opting for an ageing of our wines in wood with, at the same time, keeping our beliefs in a wiser combination of modern viticulture techniques with ancient winemaking traditions. Our aim is to create unique and healthy wines, giving them an ancestral, magical taste.
